Gastronomy is one of Navarre's main tourist attractions. Its catering has achieved international prestige thanks to a balance between the flavour from days gone by, inherited from a marked culinary tradition and the new cuisine. Beside, Navarra has had excellent vineyards and quality wines since far-off times , which are the result of experience and know-how of its vine-growers and wine-producers.

The apartado is something of a social rite in Pamplona. Political figures, famous artistes, farm managers, cattle farmers, bullfighters and of course, fans of the bullfighting world, join forces in the bar, which is specially decked out for the occasion. The apartado is from the 7 to 14th in the bullring, at 1 PM.

It consists in moving the bulls that will run in the Encierro the following day from the Corrales del Gas to the Corralillo de Santo Domingo. The route stretches over 440 metres and, in contrast to the Encierro, it is an event that is watched in silence, without runners in front of the bulls. You can see it every evening from 6 to 13th at 10PM

You cannot truly experience the Sanfermines without experiencing the Feria del Toro. This feria has now been running for half a century - 50 years devoted to bulls both within and outside the Pamplona "Monumental" bullring. The very best bullfighters and the most famous bulls have attended this fiesta year after year, in which the bulls headline the guest list.
