In the British capital, the great media magnate Rupert Murdoch took a liking to him. His right-hand man, Les Hinton, hired him and made him Art Director for New Projects at News International, the parent company of The Times, The Sunday Times, The Sun, News of the World… and Thelondonpaper.
His passions, Letters and Sciences, came together when he graduated in the only program that fulfilled both sides of his inspiration: periodical design. From that moment on, words lined up at his command, and despite not having any initial plan, he followed an action-packed route through life.
This free daily newspaper was the first creation that flowed from the pen of Alfredo Triviño during his career with this giant communications media company.
The results were well-received: a non-affiliated newspaper, The Guardian, noted that Thelondonpaper "is easy to read, and is very well designed in regards to its placement of news, photos and information”.
Alfredo Triviño dreamed about being an architect, imagined himself becoming a writer, and has worked as an editor, infographic artist and photographer… “I hope that this is just the beginning, because I love the communications media “, he declared from his post as the Art Director of one of the top communications media groups.
He confesses to being ambitious, “but my ambition is simply a natural and honest desire to become constantly better at what I do”. This architect of words tries to “never lose my excitement about my work and the ability to be surprised “, because throughout all of the professions he has practiced, Alfredo Triviño has a single vocation, “Imagination”.
