The Disney Channel continues to collect geese that lay golden eggs. Its production High School Musical was an unprecedented box office success, earned two Grammies and a Billboard for Soundtrack of the Year.
It then became a successful TV series with 37 million viewers hooked on it in 100 different countries.
The story features Troy, the school basketball team’s captain, and Gabriella, a pretty as well as brainy student. They come from different worlds but the school’s musical will bring them together.
The show has been on the road in Spain since February, and this weekend it will be coming to Pamplona at the Baluarte. There may still be some tickets left for a show which brings new faces (with a cast picked from among hundreds of brilliant young dancers in Spain) but will retain the original musical’s spirit.
