The chef Jose Andres and the brand Kukuxumusu have created for these Sanfermines the kulumutxu, a new version of the typical kalimotxo which is served as lemon sorbet topped with a little peta-Zeta. The new drink is free on July the 7th at the Nuevo Casino Principal in the Plaza del Castillo.
Jose Andres, recently nominated as best chef in the United States, has created this recipe exclusively for San Fermin 2008.
The chef hopes that every people who taste it, like it and, although it has not revealed the specific recipe, he has given a clue: "The kalimotxo, the combination of a young red wine with Coca Cola, perhaps the most emblematic cocktail of Sanfermines, has been the source of inspiration for this recipe“.
