It is expected that the new bus station is  going to be used annually by 100,000 buses and 2.5 million passengers. Many of these users have come to the city to enjoy the festivals of San Fermin. For this reason, the station has expanded its schedule during the festival, offering uninterrupted service in the main bay from 06.00 a.m. to 00:00 a.m. and complementary services (commercial gallery, restaurants) from 06.00 a.m. to 01:00 a.m.

The massive arrive of tourists in Sanfermines has  led to increase  the services of the station at the left-luggage storage, buses control, point of information, security, control of parking and cleaning services.
